Just Conveyors has a comprehensive gravity conveyor line capable of meeting most gravity application needs. Gravity is an inexpensive way of conveying product. Gravity conveyors are powered by manually pushing the product or pallet by hand or by using a slight decline.

The degree of incline needed to convey a product differs for each product size and weight. Very light and small products are difficult to convey with gravity. Skate wheel conveyor roll easier and handle lighter products better using gravity. Roller conveyor needs a little more product weight or more decline to move light product.

Ball transfer tables are a valuable component of gravity lines allowing product and pallets to be rotated 360 degree. Some pallets may not turn on gravity ball transers due to board width and turntables (manual or powered) may be the best application solution.
